Alter Ego Nail Enamels Desert Storm Trigger Puller - Swatches and Review

Press Sample

It's finally Wednesday! This week is dragging on! But today I have another Alter Ego Nail Enamel that is being featured on Gloss48

I showed you this duo last week that is exclusive to Gloss48. It launched today and for the first week that Alter Ego is on Gloss48 they are on sale for $14 for each duo.  (Don't forget, new customers to Gloss48 also got $10 off their first purchase of $30.)

Post continued after the jump!

Desert Storm Trigger Puller is a beautiful deep golden base with copper and bronze glitter (I think I even see a small amount of dark brown glitter that really pops and adds depth) as well as faint holographic shimmer. The formula was smooth and easy to work with. I used 3 thin coats, but I think it would be opaque in 2 if you use heavier coats.  This one dries to a semi-matte finish, as with all Alter Egos, but I have added a coat of top coat due to the glitter in this one.

This one is so perfect for Autumn! I think it will be a great base for nail art as well.

You can see more swatches of the Alter Egos available through Gloss 48 at Set in Lacquer and Adventures in Acetone.

The regular price for the duos on Gloss48 will be $17, but the first week after the launch it will be available for only $14!  The direct link for Alter Egos on Gloss48 can be found here.
